Kei Komuro greets Prince and Princess Akishino, meets Mako again

    Kei Komuro, who will marry Mako, the eldest daughter of the Akishino family, on the 26th, went to greet Prince and Princess Akishino and Mako on the morning of the 18th.   On the 18th, Komuro met with Mako and the Akishino's not at the family's residence but at the Akasaka Higashi Residence, a place used for events in the Akasaka Imperial Palace. The Akishino's did not stay long and returned to their residence, after which Mako and Komuro reunited and had lunch together. Akishino’s other children, Kako and Hisahito were not in attendance.     Komuro wore his long hair in a ponytail when he returned from the U.S. on March 27, but on March 17, the day before his visit to the Akishino family, she had called a hairdresser to her house for a haircut, so her hair was short that day.
