Japanese Imperial Family Today

      This series of events between Mako and Komuro is undoubtedly a black comedy.   For example, the following story would be interesting as fiction:

  Kei Komuro's profile page of Sep.30   As of March 30, the website of Lowenstein Sandler, the law firm where Kei Komuro was employed, has been inaccessible from Japan. 　 It is believed that access is restricted by some security measures. Komuro has been listed as a "law clerk" of the firm since the beginning of this September.   The firm's website has recently undergone the following changes.   -On October 21, a mug shot was posted on Komuro's profile page. In this photo, Komuro was wearing a gray sweatshirt, which became a hot topic because it was different from the other staff members who were all wearing suits.   -On the 22nd, the mug shot disappears from Komuro's page and reappears as a pictogram-like image.   -Around the 29th, "Fordam's JFK Profile in Courage and Sweat Equity Award" disappears from Komuro's page, and instead, the following information is added: in 2021, he won the NY State Bar Association's essay...

  The NY State Board of Law Examiners announced the list of successful applicants on its official website on July 29.   https://www.nybarexam.org/EXJ21/July2021Results.htm   I can't find Komuro's name on the "K to L" page of this list of successful candidates.   According to reports in Japan, the salary at the law firm where Komuro is employed is about 18 million yen for a lawyer in his first year. The salary for a non-lawyer law clerk is believed to be around 6.5 million yen.   If he fails to pass the exam, it will already cast a pall over the newlywed life of the Komuros in New York.   The New York State bar exam is held twice a year, and the next exam will be held in February 2022.

    The wedding press conference between Mako, the eldest daughter of the Akishino family, and Kei Komuro took place on the 26th. The biggest obstacle to the marriage (ostensibly) was the debt problem of Kei's mother, who had borrowed 4 million yen from a man she had been engaged to in the past and had not repaid it.   (Note: I say "ostensibly" because that is not actually the only scandal involving Kei Komuro and his mother. (The Western media have ignored numerous allegations of family suicides, fraudulent receipt of survivor's pensions, fraudulent receipt of sickness and injury benefits, bullying, and relationships with gang members, making it appear that there are only minor debt problems.   How did this former fiancé view the wedding press conference?
