Change and Unreadable: Komuro's Law Firm Website
As of March 30, the website of Lowenstein
Sandler, the law firm where Kei Komuro was employed, has been inaccessible from
Japan. It is believed that access is restricted by
some security measures.
Komuro has been listed as a "law clerk" of the firm since the beginning of this September.
The firm's website has recently undergone
the following changes.
-On October 21, a mug shot was posted on
Komuro's profile page. In this photo, Komuro was wearing a gray sweatshirt,
which became a hot topic because it was different from the other staff members
who were all wearing suits.
-On the 22nd, the mug shot disappears from
Komuro's page and reappears as a pictogram-like image.
-Around the 29th,
"Fordam's JFK Profile in Courage and Sweat Equity Award" disappears
from Komuro's page, and instead, the following information is added: in 2021,
he won the NY State Bar Association's essay competition, and in 2020, he came
in second place in the same competition. In his place, he added that he won the
NY State Bar Association essay competition in 2021, and that he came in second
place in the same competition in 2010.
-Unable to view on the 30th.
It is my personal layman's opinion, but if
Komuro had really failed the bar exam, it would not be consistent with his awards from
Fordham University and the NY State Bar Association.
It is unheard of for such an award-winning
person to fail the bar exam, isn't it?
Many people in Japan scoff at this as
"the limits of royal power.”
If you are an English-speaking reader who
has been reading this blog for a while, you may understand the logic behind
this, but if you think you know about this issue based only on the major
Western media, you may have no idea what is going on. Fear not, the media
domination of royal power.
I am not a conspiracy theorist by any means, but it is really sad to see the decline in the level of the media these days. It is up to us to protect our democracy. That is why I am writing this blog.
