Suspicious Deaths of Komuro Mother's Husband and Relatives, and Friendship with Gang Members

Mysterious Death of Three Family Members

Kei Komuro's father, Toshikatsu Komuro, who was a public servant, committed suicide in 2002 when Kei was 10 years old.

The cause is said to have been his wife Kayo's (Kei's mother) rough spending. He was required to pay for luxury cars, a two-family house, Kei's music school tuition and violin lessons... expenses that could not be covered by a civil servant's income. When Toshikatsu became ill, he went home to recuperate, but Kayo went to pick him up and forcefully brought him back. Shortly thereafter, at the age of 38, Toshikatsu committed suicide by hanging himself on a riverbed.

Toshikatsu's father (Kei's grandfather), who was shocked by his son's death and was further abused by Kayo, "He (Toshikatsu) committed suicide because you didn't love him enough!", also committed suicide soon after. After losing her son and husband one after another, Toshikatsu's mother (Kei's grandmother) was at the end of her rope both physically and mentally. Then, a person claiming to be an "acquaintance of Kayo" came in to negotiate the inheritance.

Using Former Gangster

The Komuro family is a wealthy family with land near the family home, and their grandson Kei has the right to inherit, but the inheritance discussion was not simple due to conflicts with other relatives. However, as a result of the intervention of this acquaintance, Kei is said to have inherited a considerable amount of cash.

The acquaintance who represented Kayo was a former gangster. After her husband's death, Kayo looked exhausted and asked the acquaintance to represent her, tearfully saying that she was unable to negotiate with her husband's family because they were in a state of isolation. The acquaintance told the Japanese weekly women's magazine Josei Seven, "I guess he thought he could use my background as a former gang member."

Two years later, Kei, who successfully received a large inheritance, went on to attend Canadian International School, another expensive school.

On the other hand, a year after this negotiation, his grandmother also took her own life, following in the footsteps of the two families.

Another Shadow of Man

Apart from this, Kayo had been in a relationship with a man right after the death of her husband, Toshikatsu.

According to a report in the similar weekly women's magazine, "Shukan Josei," Kayo was in a relationship with a man who was a "metal engraver" who processed accessories and other items, and at one time she had him live with her in her apartment. When this man underwent prostate surgery, Kayo signed a consent form as a family member. For this reason, in another article about the alleged fraudulent receipt of the survivor's pension by Kayo Komuro, the period of fraudulent receipt is calculated from the period of her relationship with this man.

As mentioned above, Kei Komuro and Kayo are suspected of having a series of suicides by their fathers, husbands, and other relatives, and of using former gangsters for inheritance negotiations.

It is perhaps not surprising that the Japanese people would reject the marriage of Mako and Kei Komuro.
