Kei Komuro's Mother Criminally Charged with Fraud

 

 

With the wedding of Kei Komuro to Princess Mako, the eldest daughter of the Akishino family, approaching on October 26, Komuro's mother, Kayo, was criminally accused of fraud on October 6, and journalist Shinohara Soichiro, who is active on YouTube and other media, filed a complaint with the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office.

 

There are two reasons why Kayo was accused.

However, in order to receive support from Mr. A and also receive the survivor's pension, Kayo tried to conceal the fact that she was de facto married and sent emails to Mr. A urging him not to tell anyone. In addition, she was living with a metal engraver at a different time from Mr. A. The other reason is the allegation of fraudulent receipt of sickness benefits. There was a time around 2018 when Kayo was working as a full-time employee at a long-established confectionery store, when she took a leave of absence from work due to an "adjustment disorder. At that time, she applied for and was accepted by the Tokyo Confectionery Health Insurance Association, which the confectionery store she worked at was a member of, and received benefits for about a year and a half.

 

The above is a worker's right, but the problem is that he was allegedly working at another restaurant and getting paid while receiving sick leave. According to media reports, he was reportedly working as a live-in employee at a restaurant in Karuizawa, Nagano, run by an acquaintance. Shinohara, who has filed a criminal complaint against Kayo, argues that if these fraudulent payments are true, it may be a case of fraud.

If it is accepted, a full-scale investigation will begin.
