Criminal charges against Kei Komuro's mother, Kayo, returned rather than rejected :Shinohara, who filed the charges, declares they will continue

 




 

　The criminal complaint filed against Kayo Komuro, the mother of Kei Komuro (30), who is to marry Mako (29) of the Akishino family, has been put on hold. On April 12, journalist Shinohara Joichiro, who submitted the complaint, said on his official YouTube channel, "The complaint was not rejected but returned.

 

　On the 6th of this month, Mr. Shinohara filed a criminal complaint with the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office against Kayo for allegedly fraudulently receiving a survivor's pension and sickness allowance. The shock came as the marriage of Mr. Komuro and Princess Mako was approaching on the 26th.

 

　Then Mr. Shinohara received an envelope from the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office dated the 9th. Mr. Shinohara said, "I thought it might have been rejected, but it was too soon, about three days after I sent it on the 6th. There was a notice in it," he reported. The content of the notice was, "We need you to specify the specific facts that correspond to the requirements for constituting a crime. The specific facts regarding the requirements for constituting a crime are not stated, nor are they based on concrete evidence, and the accused facts are not sufficiently specified. Please consider consulting with the police station that has jurisdiction over the place of the crime or the location of the criminal."

 

Mr. Shinohara said, "It's not a rejection (of the complaint). They are asking for your consideration. It says "concrete evidence," but it also says that there is a statement, so they want us to consider it and submit it again. I would like to accept it positively and send it out since there are other materials than press materials."

 

 "If you have any direct knowledge of Kayo's crimes, if you are related to her acquaintances, if you were directly or indirectly involved in her activities, or if you think something is wrong with her pension, please tell us what you know. If you agree to make a statement, please contact us," Shinohara said.

Mako Komuro and Kei Attend Funeral of Mako's grandfather with Akishino Family

    Tatsuhiko Kawashima, professor emeritus at Gakushuin University, father of Noriko Akishino and grandfather of Mako Komuro, died of mesothelioma on April 4 at the age of 81. Kei Komuro Fails NY State Bar Exam?

  The NY State Board of Law Examiners announced the list of successful applicants on its official website on July 29.   https://www.nybarexam.org/EXJ21/July2021Results.htm   I can't find Komuro's name on the "K to L" page of this list of successful candidates.   According to reports in Japan, the salary at the law firm where Komuro is employed is about 18 million yen for a lawyer in his first year.
